Terms of Service

Please read these terms before purchasing. They explain what you can and cannot do with your Traffic Exchange Script licence.

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your purchase and use of Traffic Exchange Script ("the Script") sold by Traffic Exchange Script ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. What You’re Buying

Traffic Exchange Script is a one-time-purchase software licence. You are purchasing the right to use the Script under the terms of your chosen licence tier. You are not purchasing ownership of the intellectual property — you are purchasing a licence to use and modify the software.

3. Licence Tiers

Single Domain Licence ($297)
You may install and operate the Script on one (1) production domain. The installation must be for your own personal or business use. You may not use this licence to build sites for third-party clients.

Developer Licence ($497)
You may install and operate the Script on up to five (5) production domains. You may use these installations to build and operate traffic exchange sites for yourself or for third-party clients. Client installations count toward your five-site limit.

Unlimited Licence ($997)
You may install and operate the Script on an unlimited number of production domains. You may build, white-label, and operate traffic exchange sites for yourself or for third-party clients at any scale. You may white-label the Script (remove or replace our branding) for client work.

4. What You Can Do

With any licence, you may:

  • Install the Script on your server(s) as permitted by your licence tier
  • Modify the source code to customise the Script for your own use or your clients’ use
  • Rebrand and redesign the front end for your traffic exchange
  • Use the Script to operate a live traffic exchange platform and charge your members
  • Hire a developer to customise the Script on your behalf

5. What You Cannot Do

Regardless of licence tier, you may not:

  • Resell the Script itself — you may not sell, sublicense, or distribute Traffic Exchange Script (or a repackaged version of it) as software to third parties. You are licenced to use the Script, not to resell it as a product
  • Redistribute the source code — you may not publicly publish, share, or distribute the source code in whole or in part (e.g. on GitHub or any public repository)
  • Remove licence validation mechanisms without written consent from us
  • Claim authorship of the original Script or represent it as your own original software product to third parties

Developer and Unlimited licence holders: You may build and operate traffic exchange websites for clients using the Script. You may not package and sell “the script” as a product to those clients. The distinction is: building and running a site for a client is permitted; handing over the codebase as a standalone product for their own redistribution is not.

6. Updates

All licence tiers include lifetime updates. Updates are delivered to your licence portal. You may download and apply updates at your own pace. We do not push forced updates to your installation.

7. Support

All licences include priority ticket support for the period specified at purchase (6 months for Single Domain and Developer; 12 months for Unlimited). Support is provided via our helpdesk at support@trafficexchangescript.com. Support covers installation, configuration, and bug resolution. It does not cover custom development work or third-party integrations outside the scope of the documented Script.

Support period extensions are available for purchase through your licence portal.

8. No Warranty

The Script is provided in working condition and is tested before release. However, we make no warranty that the Script will be free of defects in all environments, or that it will meet every specific use case.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy) is the extent of our financial liability. Beyond the guarantee period, the Script is provided as-is.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traffic Exchange Script and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Script, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

10. Your Responsibilities as an Operator

When you use the Script to operate a live traffic exchange, you are the operator of that platform. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including data protection and consumer law
  • Your platform’s terms of service and refund policy toward your own members
  • Payment processing compliance (including fraud, chargebacks, and AML where applicable)
  • Maintaining your server security and keeping the Script updated

We are a software vendor — we do not operate your traffic exchange and are not liable for how you operate it.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at support@trafficexchangescript.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Existing licence holders will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. Continued use of the Script following notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
